Newsflash - Amendments to Changes to the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act pass
In our article “Changes to the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act - a more sensible approach” we brought to your attention that certain changes were to be made to the requirements of the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act that would help to ensure that strict requirements of that Act were simplified to remove many of the technical loopholes available to buyers to terminate residential property contracts.
These amendments have now passed and will be effective from 1 October 2010.
