Rostron Carlyle Solicitors is a burgeoning Brisbane city based commercial legal practice with a compliment of staff approaching 40.
We are currently looking for a dynamic Family Lawyer with approximately 3 years post admission experience to work with the private clients of the firm's Family Law Practice Group.
The mix of work will include all areas of matrimonial and defacto property, spousal support, financial agreements, child support, divorce and child and parenting matters and all related areas.
Working directly with the Senior Associate, you will have the full conduct of matters from inception through to trial and/or alternative dispute resolution.
Experience in appearing in the Magistrates, Federal Magistrates and Family Courts is essential. This is wonderful opportunity for a dynamic Family Lawyer to be a part of a progressive firm that will provide both flexibility and career growth.
