Jeremy specialises in a broad range of property law areas at Rostron Carlyle and regularly appears in the Supreme and District Courts for clients in litigation usually relating to property matters.

 

Since commencing with Rostron Carlyle in 2003 Jeremy has assisted many clients in commercial property matters and building and construction law, in particular acting for various:

Property developer clients in the acquisition of development properties and the sale of property’s “off the plan”
Landlords and tenants of Retail Shopping and Commercial Centres
Hotel and licensed (both gaming and liquor license) venue clients in the acquisition and sites of their venues.
