Professional background

 

Craig commenced his articles of clerkship in 2004 at Rostron Carlyle. Before obtaining a degree in law, Craig gained a degree in Electronic Commerce majoring in Accounting. He currently works in the Wills & Estates and Litigation Practices of the firm, however from time to time his expertise is utilised in the IT & Software and Commercial Practices as clients demand. He is presently specialising in:

 

Estate planning, administraiton and litigation;
Commercial litigation.
Building and construction law.
Bankruptcy and Insolvency law.
IT & Software Development law.

 

Craig has broad experience across most jurisdictions interstate including state and federal courts and the Commercial & Consumer Tribunal.
