Professional background

 

Elicia works in the Commercial and Property law groups at Rostron Carlyle. She specialises in real estate and business transactions, including due diligence, acquisitions, disposals and property development. She works closely with property owners, buyers and developers and is also very experienced in commercial leasing.

 

Prior to joining Rostron Carlyle Elicia worked in a real estate agency where she developed a strong passion and enthusiasm for the property industry.

 

Elicia is proficient in Mandarin and is currently undertaking a Masters of Law at the Queensland University of Technology.
