Mark specialises in commercial litigation and commercial law at Rostron Carlyle Solicitors. He regularly appears before various Courts and Tribunals assisting clients particularly in:

 

debt recovery; and
bankruptcy and insolvency litigation.


Mark’s experience across a range of industries sees that he is well placed to advise on the legal, practical and commercial issues affecting his client’s businesses. Prior to working at Rostron Carlyle, he worked as a Solicitor in the Commercial section of Sparke Helmore Lawyers and was a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial and IP sections at Kenny & Co Solicitors.
