Russell Sparke is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Property, Projects and Commercial practice.   Russell has extensive experience in property development law and advises clients in relation to structuring for acquisition of development sites together with advice relating to:-

 

 

• Contracts and special conditions including Put and Call Options for acquisition of sites for development
• Joint Venture Agreements
• Shareholder and Unitholder Agreements
• Town Planning, Development Approvals and Planning and Environment Court Appeals
• Building Approvals
• Building Contracts and disputes
• Off the Plan Contracts for the sale of proposed lots

Russell’s practice also includes advising clients in relation to: -

• Business sales including Management Rights, Motels and Franchise sales and purchases.
• Commercial and Retail Shop Leasing acting for landlords or tenants.
• Residential, Commercial and Industrial conveyancing  including Due Diligence and House and Land Packages.

 

Russell’s practical approach to providing legal solutions to his clients is based on over 20 years experience as a property and commercial lawyer and in being personally involved in many successful property development projects both in his own right and in joint ventures. 

Russell has also acted as in-house counsel for a National Franchisor as well as Listed Public Company Developers carrying out large scale property developments including resorts, hotels. unit projects and land subdivisions.
