Retail Shop Leases
We assist various landlord's (throughout Queensland) including owners of strip mall shopping centres and small and large retail shopping centres throughout Queensland, to ensure that they comply with the requirements of the Retail Shop Leases Act 1994 (Qld).
We provide various services for Landlords to assist in the management of their centre, including:
- Compliance with disclosure requirements;
- Drafting appropriate leases;
- Extensions of leases and variations of leases where necessary;
- Enforcement of landlord rights against delinquent tenants; and
