In Australia, unless you are registered Migration Agent through Migration Agent Registration Authority (MARA), no advice can be given in relation to visa and immigration law. Please refer to the Code of Conduct
In New Zealand, all immigration advisers whether onshore or offshore must be registered with Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA). Its Code of Conduct can be downloaded here.
