Anthony Matautia
Settlements ClerkAnthony joined the firm in July 2009 and works as a settlements clerk with Michael Kemp and Mark Rowbotham.
Anna Hows
Filing ClerkAnna joined our team as our Outside Clerk, however since resuming her studies is working part time assisting Gail in the accounts department with archiving and general filing duties.
Aoife Deegan
ParalegalAoife joined the firm in early 2010. Before joining Rostron Carlyle she worked as a Legal Assistant in Ireland mainly in the areas of Criminal Law and Conveyancing.
Briellen Juracic
ParalegalBriellen currently works as a paralegal in Insurance Litigation. She is currently studying law in her third year at Queensland University of Technology.
Caitlin Bertuna
Legal SecretaryCaitlin joined the firm in January 2011. She is currently studying a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Queensland.
Caroline Smith
Caroline works for Shan Auliff in Insurance Litigation. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws/ Bachelor of Psychology and has a Bachelor Business Management (Marketing) from the University of Queensland. Prior to joining Rostron Carlyle she was the State Marketing Manager for a Debt Collection Company, specialising in Receivables Management, Debt Collection, and Business Development.

ParalegalCassie joined the firm in November 2010 and is working as a paralegal in the Litigation department
Cheryl Fisher
Personal Assistant/ParalegalCheryl works in the commercial law practice primarily in insurance litigation as personal assistant/paralegal to Shan Auliff. She commenced work with the firm in early 2009 and has previous experience in all areas of law.
Courtney Warren
Conveyancing ClerkCourtney joined the firm’s Commercial and Property Group in November 2010 and has experience specialising in Investor Cottage Conveyancing. Courtney previously worked in a boutique Brisbane Commercial law firm initially as receptionist and then a Conveyancing Clerk.
Deanna Richards
ParalegalDeanna joined the firm’s Commercial and Property Group in November 2010 with experience in Cottage, Commercial and Business Conveyancing and Leasing. Prior to joining Rostron Carlyle, she worked as a Paralegal/Personal Assistant/Trust Account Manager/Conveyancing Clerk for a boutique Brisbane Commercial Law firm.
Eleanor Amerena
Administration ClerkEllie is the Admin Clerk for the Commercial Property Group. Her role includes assisting her team with contract administration, filling, accounts and general office duties
Hannah Stevens
ParalegalHannah joined the firm in May 2011. She is currently studying a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Justice at the Queensland University of Technology.
Gail Waller
Accounts ManagerGail is Rostron Carlyle's Accounts Manager. She joined the firm in 2005 and has over 20 years legal accounting experience. She manages the firm's accounts receivable, payable and trust accounts functions.
Jason Hammond
Client Care OfficerI moved from England 7 years ago and worked as a manager within a communications company prior to joining Rostron Carlyle Solicitors in August 2008. In my role as Client Care Officer, I strive to offer a reliable and personalised service. I have a strong commitment to protecting client's confidentiality and take my Justice of the Peace responsibilities extremely seriously. I am available to see new clients at any time that is convenient for them, including evenings and weekends.
Joanna Lane
Legal SecretaryJoanna joined the firm in March 2009. She is currently studying a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science at the University of Queensland.
Liz Waller
Law ClerkLiz joined the firm in 2008. She is currently working in the firm's Criminal Practice and is studying a Bachelor of Laws at QUT. She aims to further her career in law after the completion of her studies.

ParalegalNikki is currently working as a paralegal in the Insurance Litigation department. She is in her 5th year of completing a double degree in Law/International Relations at Griffith University

Senior ParalegalPatricia is a Senior. She has over 20 years experience, maintains great relationships with all clients and provides much needed assistance to all of the Solicitors.
Penny Straker
Paralegal
Penny began at Rostron Carlyle in February 2009 as our Receptionist and now works in the Conveyancing team. Prior to starting with the Rostron Carlyle team, Penny worked in London as a Personal Assistant.
Pia Crossley
Paralegal
Pia was the receptionist for Rostron Carlyle in 2008 and left to pursue an apprenticeship in Hairdressing. After completing her apprentice she returned to us and is now a paralegal working under Christian Togl and Michael Kemp.
Rachel Jackson
ParalegalRachel works as a Paralegal in the debt recovery division. She started in 2007 after completing a Certificate II in Business and previously studied Business at QUT. She is passionate about customer service and aims provide the highest standard of service to the firm’s clients.
Renelyn Green
ParalegalRenelyn works as a paralegal for Dan Sutherland. She has completed Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Diploma in Legal Services (Paralegal). She is currently undertaking Diploma in Law with the NSW Legal Profession Admission Board and has worked in a number of law firms in various areas since 2004
Rosanna Pezzimenti
ParalegalRosanna joined Rostron Carlyle Solicitors in September 2011. In 2010 she completed a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Griffith University, during which she spent 6 months studying abroad in England.
Sunserae Churchill
ParalegalSunserae joined our firm in November 2011 and works as a paralegal for Mark Rowbotham. She has over 10 years experience working in all areas of law. She is also a Justice of the Peace (Qual).
Susanna Abdollahi
Susanna recently joined the Commercial law division with Gavin McInnes. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws at Bond University. She aims to continue to pursue a career in law upon completion of her studies.

Tahlia joined the firm in July 2010. She is currently studying a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (majoring in International Business) at the Queensland University of Technology.
Toni Brown
Receptionist
Toni organises the mail at Rostron Carlyle Solicitors. This includes the important delivery of urgent documents outside the office as well as sorting and sending out office mail. She has previous experience in the retail and hospitality industries.
